On Saturday 21st October myself and Lisa from The Wee House of Crochet are holding a crochetathon at Hobbycraft Warrington to raise money for Victim Support, in memory of Vicky Wynne-Jones.

Victim Support is a charity that supports people affected by crime and traumatic events in many different ways. Hopefully the crochetathon will raise a lot of money for such a worthwhile cause!

At least one big daisy square blanket will be constructed using squares that are crocheted on the day and squares that have been sent through the post from the lovely people who would like to take part but are sadly too far away. Ideally squares will need to be received by Friday 20th October to be used at the crochetathon. However, any squares arriving after this date will still be used.

If you would like to be the proud owner of the #daisiesforvicky blanket all you need to do is donate to Lisas Just Giving page, every £1 donated gives you a chance to win!

If you would like to make some daisy squares you will find the pattern pdf below, it includes all the information you need, including where to post your squares. We are grateful for help from anyone that has tie to take part!
